Your use and/or placement of any order constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms stated below.

ORDERING : Please note that items in your cart are not secured until you have submitted your order successfully and may sell out during the process. Once your order is submitted, we cannot add or remove items from your order. All sales are final and strictly no cancellations are allowed once payment is received. Reservation of products is not permitted unless otherwise stated.. DELIVERY CHARGES are calculated based on the net amount after utilizing any discount codes or promo codes. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION: You have the responsibility to provide full and accurate delivery information. If you believe that you have provided us with inaccurate information, please contact us immediately. Amendment to delivery address may cause additional delay in your delivery. This Policy may be revised periodically and without prior notice to you to reflect changes in our business operations and practices.

Local Payment / Delivery / Refund Policy

For local orders, the mode of payments accepted include Credit Cards & Debit Cards via/and Paypal. We do not accept cheques or bank transfers. We also accept PAYNOW which will be indicated in Offline Payment section upon placing orders. Do include full details of order. We do not accept cash-on-delivery. For customers opting to prepay by Credit/Debit Card via Paypal, we will only deliver the product/s after receiving the payment/s. LOCAL DELIVERY: Local delivery provided by external vendor. Please select the required delivery options. Once select, external vendor will take over. REFUND/EXCHANGE : ALL items bought are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. This is to prevent misuse and abuse of policy. All items conditions are by default in good condition unless stated otherwise. For clearance items, please read details and condition of items.

International Payment & Shipping

We accept international orders from most countries. All international orders will be shipped with tracking number. Charges calculated by weight (including packaging weight) and will be factored into total bill. We reserve the right to change shipping rates without prior notice. INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT MODES: i) CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD VIA/AND PAYPAL. Kindly wait for the secure payment gateway to load after clicking "Continue" if you select the option to pay via Paypal / Credit Card. ii) OFFLINE PAYMENT through www.wise.com which will be indicated in Offline Payment section upon placing orders. Do include full details of order. NOTE : If Paypal flagged your account as high risk, your order may be on hold as we will need to time to verify if it is a genuine buyer and not a credit card fraud. We may also reserve the rights to not ship the order. In this case, we will provide refund to your Paypal account. NOTE: If you are residing outside Singapore, please check with your local customs for your country’s import regulations before making the purchase. Our responsibility ends when we ship your order out of Singapore. We will not be responsible for the confiscation of the product/s and/or any fines or penalties which may be imposed upon you by your local customs for violating import regulation, correction of shipping address due to user error. You will also agree to indemnify us for any fine/s and/or penalties which may be imposed upon us for the infringement of any such laws as a result of your purchase. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.
